All our coffee is roast to your requirements. You can choose from the following roasts:

• Light Roast – Nutty, smooth and mellow with good acidity
• Medium Roast – Rich and aromatic, a slightly sweet taste with a hint of chocolate
• Espresso Roast – Full, smooth tropical flavour with a creamy rich aroma
• House Roast (50% medium/50% espresso)
