Because our products are consumable and perishable in nature, this policy reflects the specific conditions that apply to food-grade items. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original packaging and have not been tampered with.
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, brewed, ground, or otherwise used. Specialty or limited-edition coffee blends, custom orders, and gift bundles are final sale and not eligible for return.
To request a return, please contact us at info@fentoncafe.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, stale, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion if the product arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to shipping damage or packaging issues. All refund requests are reviewed before approval, and refunds may be reduced or denied if they do not meet eligibility criteria.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Freshness Guarantee
All coffee beans are roasted fresh and packaged carefully before dispatch. To maintain quality, we recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight after delivery.
Fenton Cafe is not responsible for any loss of quality resulting from improper storage after the product has been delivered.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are roasted or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared and processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled as it has been freshly made for your order.
